Just 650 meters from the property, the beautiful Rossano seafront: Beach Clubs, Restaurants, Bars, and various attractions are just a few steps away. In 3 minutes by car, free access to the affiliated "Baffo Bianco" Lido includes one umbrella and two sunbeds.

Bed linen and initial cleaning included in the Residence Formula, other extra daily services are available for a supplement in the booked rate. Bed linen and towels, daily cleaning, and courtesy products included in the Hotel Formula. Thorough and certified sanitation of rooms at each guest change. Staff is trained and equipped with the necessary PPE. Hygiene and safety protocols will be applied according to current regulations.

The beaches can be reached on foot or by the convenient shuttle service offered by the facility during daytime hours. The shuttle service can be booked daily until availability runs out. The shuttle to Rossano station can be booked at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Private parking inside the facility, fully fenced. Air conditioning in all our rooms, Wi-Fi area available throughout the property.

Two-room apartments dedicated exclusively for guests with small pets. Your furry friends are welcome in our facility with a supplement; a maximum of one animal is allowed.

What better way to start your day than with an excellent buffet breakfast? Quality guaranteed from 8:00 to 10:00, included in the Hotel formula from June 1st to September 13th. During other periods and for the Residence formula, breakfast is available with a €7.00 supplement per person.
