RULES AND CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Check-out: until 10:00 am
• For check-in requests outside these hours (after 7:00 pm), please contact reception in advance.

To speed up entry operations, we invite you to complete the online check-in you received via email. Identification documents for all guests and a security deposit (for guests in the Residence formula) of €150.00 will be required upon arrival.

During the check-in operations at the Reception office, you will be given a Key-Card to access your unit. This Key-Card is also enabled to open the entrance door from the parking lot and the shopping center, should you find them closed.

RECEPTION AND CLEANING

• Reception: Our Staff at Reception is available every day from 09:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm to assist you with any need. Staff is present on-site 24/7.
• Bed linen changes can be made weekly upon request.
• You can request extra cleaning and room tidying with bath linen (not included in the basic Residence formula) for an additional fee.
• If you require maintenance, please report it to reception.
• A laundry room is available on the 1st floor, open 24 hours a day. The washing machines and dryers are coin-operated; please read the posted rules.

GENERAL SERVICES

• From June 1st to September 13th, access to 'Lido Baffo Bianco' is included (includes one umbrella and two sunbeds).
• Wi-Fi connection is free and available in all areas of the property under the network name ApartHotel_Codex.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and common areas.
• A shuttle service is available to reach the beach. Timetables will be displayed at the Reception office. Booking is required at least 30 minutes in advance.
• Extra services such as breakfast, beach meals, cleaning, linen, and gym access can be requested for an additional fee.

SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR

• Please always close the doors of the apartments and do not leave valuables unattended.
• Please respect the silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to guarantee rest for all guests.
• Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. It is forbidden to let pets on beds and sofas or leave them unattended. You can walk them in the parking avenue on a leash (please clean up after them).

WASTE AND PARKING

• Use the appropriate recycling bins located in the common area (from 8:00 pm to midnight). Please respect the collection days according to the schedule posted in the kitchen.
• For each housing unit, there is one unassigned, free, and unguarded parking space available in the designated areas.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policies:

• STANDARD RATE: The amount paid to confirm the booking is non-refundable. For cancellations made starting from the 30th day prior to the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, the policy dictates a 100% charge of the total stay value.
• INSURED RATE (Recommended): Includes the All-Risk BeSafe Rate policy. In the event of cancellation for documented reasons (e.g., illness, injury, revoked holidays), the policy guarantees a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount. The rate also covers 24/7 on-site healthcare and luggage protection.

HOTEL FORMULA RULES

• Apartment cleaning is performed daily from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Bed linen is changed every two days, and bath linen is changed daily.
• Breakfast is served in the common room on the 1st floor from 8:00 am to 10:00 am from June 1st to September 13th.
• It is possible to book flexible meal packages (Light Lunch at the Beach) which include an exclusive complimentary Bonus Drink.
